Production begins with a controlled specification and representative standard.
Production work begins with an agreed specification. CAD references, finished dimensions, metal, stone data, setting style, surface finish, tolerances and the division of responsibility between the client and workshop should be clear before a batch is released.
A repeat order is not treated as consistent until the incoming components and required operations have been reviewed. Variations in castings, stone calibration, assembly or surface condition can change both the workshop route and the achievable result.

Trade pricing
The quotation reflects stages, consistency, quantity and quality control.
Manufacturing and production support is quoted from the approved stages, quantity, component condition and quality-control requirement. Consistent larger runs can be reviewed for preferential volume pricing; prices exclude VAT.
Prices exclude VAT. Larger repeatable runs can be considered for preferential pricing once the approved production standard is established. VAT is added at the applicable rate.
