Final copy and placement must be unambiguous.
Engraving starts with an exact, approved brief. The workshop requires final text, punctuation, capitalisation, placement, orientation and an indication of style before the piece reaches the bench.
Arabic copy should be supplied and approved in its final joined form. A visual proof helps confirm direction, spacing and the intended reading before engraving begins.

Supply the final copy
Provide text exactly as it should appear, not a verbal description or rough transcription.

Confirm placement
Mark the start point, orientation, available area and any design elements to avoid.

Approve the proof
Check spelling, punctuation, joins, scale and line arrangement before authorising work.

Engrave and inspect
Complete the agreed layout, clean the piece and compare it with the approved proof.

The approved wording is the master copy. Names, dates, Arabic text, symbols and punctuation should be checked before work is authorised.

Language, item and layout determine the starting point.
English and Arabic engraving have separate starting prices for rings and bangles. Custom layouts, logos, artwork and unusual access are quoted from the approved brief.
Prices exclude VAT. Custom artwork and unusual access are quoted from the final brief. VAT is added at the applicable rate.
