Is A&M open to private customers?
No. A&M Jewellery Workshop is a trade-only service for jewellery businesses. Applications are reviewed before account access is approved.
Are prices available publicly?
No. The current standard schedule is provided to approved trade clients. The public service pages explain how each category is assessed.
Do larger quantities cost less?
They can. Preferential pricing may be available where a larger batch is consistent and repeatable. Mixed or condition-led repairs still need assessment.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. A VAT number is required whenever an applicant is VAT registered.
Can I send work by post?
Approved clients can use Workshop by Post after A&M accepts the individual job and confirms the packing, delivery and declared-value instructions.
Can I send CAD or design files?
Contact the workshop before transferring files. A&M will confirm the accepted format and the correct way to keep the file connected to the job reference.
Can I buy semi-set mounts?
A wholesale semi-set mount range is being prepared for approved trade clients. Contact A&M to register your interest; product specifications, availability and ordering will be published only when confirmed.
